👋 Hey there, I'm Bardia!

I'm a budding radiologist on the path to specialization. I'm currently doing my radiology residency @ Yale, and serve as an adjunct assistant professor of radiology @ Mayo Clinic.

When I'm not busy with clinical work, I turn to a keyboard and my passion for programming and education. With over a decade of experience in full-stack web development and five years exploring the fascinating fields of machine and deep learning, I've discovered my true passion lies at the crossroads of radiology and artificial intelligence. My research focuses on the effectiveness of synthetic data in the performance and fairness of medical AI models and evaluation of medical foundation models. I also work on training and deploying medical AI models on edge devices.

Beyond the hospital and the coding screen, I cherish the moments spent with my amazing wife. Whether we're binge-watching sitcoms, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or indulging in our shared love for baking, these precious moments bring me immense joy and balance.
